In accordance to Virginia State Law a minor  (below the age of 18) can be pierced if accompanied by parent and or guardian with Government Issued Photo ID of the parent or guardian, NOT including Photos taken of Identification, as well as Birth Certificate. These documents have to be the original. If the child is under a guardianship that is not listed on the original birth certificate,(adopted/Transfer of Guardianship) original court-appointed papers need to be present as well as proper ID of the gaurdian and birth certificate at the time of service.

A minor/Child under 14 years of age must have a consultation and have their anatomy checked for lobe piercings. Lobe piercings are the only piercing we offer to anyone under the age of 14. 

The age limit for lobes starts at 8 years old the child must want to get lobe piercings on their own. We will not preform any piercing if the minor does not consent to the piercing.

Services NOT available to anyone under the age of 18 are Genital piercings, Nipple Piercings etc. 

Morph Body Arts does NOT offer tattooing services to minors.
